Ridgecreek HOA

Welcome to Ridgecreek HOA's website

Ridgecreek is a neighborhood in Irmo, SC. We are located by Dutch Fork Middle and High Schools directly off of Koon Road.

The neighborhood consist of 202 homes with 149 of those homes belonging to our HOA. Some of the other homes belong to Ridgecreek Lakeowner's HOA and the rest are not in an HOA. Dues are $125 per year, collected every February. The dues are used to maintain the beautiful entrance, power the streetlights, maintain the HOA lot and fund HOA sponsored events.
